WKCTC Celebrates Bill Nash and Corky Bloodworth's Retirement |

West Kentucky Community & Technical College honored Haydon "Corky" Bloodworth and William Nash at a retirement reception in the College Bistro on Friday, November 21.
Bloodworth, Air Conditioning Coordinator, was hired by West Kentucky Technical College in 1988. Prior to his tenure at the College, he was associated with the HVAC/Refrigeration industry for 23 years, seven of which he owned and operated his own appliance and air conditioning service. Bloodworth received an associate degree in vocational education from Murray State University in 1999.
William Nash, Mechanical Drafting Professor and Program Coordinator, began his teaching career at West Kentucky Technical College in 1986. Prior to teaching, Nash was a machine designer at Ingersoll-Rand and worked for Shelton Metrology Laboratory, Davis Metrology, Saturn Machine and Arvin Industries. He received a bachelor's degree in art in 1974 and a master's in vocational education in 1995, both from Murray State University.
