Kentucky State Senator Ken Winters was the featured speaker at the 2009 West Kentucky Community & Technical College Graduation Ceremony on May 15, 2009.
More than 215 candidates for graduation participated in the ceremony which was held for the first time in the Luther F. Carson Four Rivers Center.
Student leaders William Cole Hackett and Immanual “Manny” Landwehr, both members of the 2009 Kentucky Community & Technical College System Academic Team, also spoke during the ceremony. |
