TRANSCRIPTS
Transcript
requests can be made in person in the Records Office.
The transcript fee for 72 hour completion is $5.00
per transcript. Transcripts will be provided within
a reasonable amount of time.
If someone requires an on-demand transcript, the
charge will be $7.00. If it must be faxed,
the fee charged is $10.00 per transcript.
Transcripts will NOT be provided if there are outstanding
fees, repayments, grant payments due and/or defaults on
loans.
Students can also make a transcript request
by downloading
the transcript form, printing it out and
faxing the form to (270) 554-6203. If faxing the form,
payment will need to be made by phoning the Business Office.
If you would like to mail in your request, download
the form and mail it with a check payable
to West Kentucky Community and Technical College to the
Records Office at: P.O. Box 7380, Paducah, KY 42002-7380
