Financial Aid FAQs

For the fall semester, students who apply by July 15 will receive priority.
For the spring semester, students who apply by November 15 will receive priority.
For the summer semester, student who apply by April 15 will receive priority

Our goal is to have your financial aid funds ready at the beginning of each term. However, since the process takes time, if your FAFSA results are not received by WKCTC Financial Aid Office by the required deadline, you may have to pay for tuition, fees, books, and supplies from your own funds. If you need financial help, we urge you to complete the forms immediately although the date may have passed. Therefore, it is in your best interest to complete the FAFSA as soon as possible, and to complete it accurately.

You may apply electronically through the Internet at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ or come to the Financial Aid Office, Room 113 in the Anderson Technical Building for a FAFSA Application. The West Kentucky Community & Technical College School Code is 001979.
